One of the first steps to life-changing shifts and transformation is taking responsibility for our totality, reality and consequences. Our only possessions are our actions and we must own up to them in order to step into our power. Taking radical responsibility is an empowering act as it places you at the center of the creation and with the power to change it. Radical is being used as absolute. As children in the modern world we unconsciously create our own initiations with events of intense emotions and high risks to self-initiate because of a lack of knowledge and guidance from elders surrounding these forming and developing years. As New World Builders, we can imagine, create and perform these passages from powerlessness and dependency into empowering responsibility while still acknowledging our interdependency. We will explore in this worktalk our collective understanding of our own spheres of power to change and create greater possibilities in our realities.
